About Us
Hadley empowers adults adjusting to vision loss to adapt and thrive. A North Shore-based nonprofit with global reach, Hadley’s free practical and social/emotional help builds confidence, fosters connections, and nurtures hope. Founded in 1920, today Hadley serves more than 200,000 people with vision loss, as well as their families and caregivers, across all 50 states and over 100 countries.
Hadley’s help is available online, by phone, and through the mail, all at no cost. Interactive workshops, support groups, a dedicated social services team, and a growing range of resources help individuals navigating vision loss live life on their own terms.
A 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, Hadley relies on the generosity of donors to provide its free help to anyone who needs it.
